    1. Yeah, I agree, tend to like the small leaved Ceanothus most, very oaklike. Ceanothus are related to Ziziphus spp. (Jujube), in the Rhamnaceae family. Do you grow Jujube in Tazmania? Seems like it would do great there.

  1. Thanks for spotlighting Ceanothus. It’s a star on so many levels: evergreen, nitrogen nodes, gorgeous flowers, easy care. I think I love it as much as the bees do!
